This example is typical of the Workplace Improvement work that we do:

Workplace Improvement in a Large Boston-Area Hospital
*This project was initiated following a hospital-wide employee opinion survey, to create improvement in targeted areas.

Worked with the Executive Leadership Team and Director of Learning and Development within a large, dynamic department to strengthen staff communication, collaboration, planning, morale and work/life balance.

Conducted a comprehensive interview-based needs assessment, and facilitated a project steering committee and employee task teams in developing and implementing recommendations for improvement.

Facilitated a visioning process with the Executive Leadership Team, focused on enhancing the group’s culture, and then cascaded this vision throughout their organization.

Designed and facilitated customized training in conflict resolution, achieving peak performance, stress reduction, and staff empowerment. Currently implementing a department-wide professional development strategy.

Follow-up assessment is scheduled for late 2005.
