Change Management in a Large Boston-Based Financial Services Company
*This project was initiated to prepare for major reorganization of a large, multi-site department within a dynamic financial services environment.

Working with the division President, Executive Management Team and Director of Human Resources, supported the effective reorganization of a key department that provides critical support services to most departments throughout the company.

Provided executive coaching to the department’s Senior Vice President and each of his direct reports, to ensure effective, unified leadership and communication throughout the reorganization’s planning and implementation.

Supported the Senior Vice President in developing and preparing for presentations and talks delivered to both senior management throughout the organization, and staff within his department.

Designed and facilitated bi-weekly Executive Management Team strategy and teambuilding sessions to ensure high employee retention, productivity and morale throughout the reorganization.
